Your Savvy Real Estate Partner
After 24 years managing corporate programs, I went full-time into Phoenix real estate in 2025. Here’s why, and what that means for you.
What I actually did: ran IT programs, wrangled vendors, protected budgets, delivered on dates people had promised to their bosses. It’s unglamorous work and it’s exactly what a real estate transaction needs.
Somewhere along the way I started buying property in the Valley. I learned the market the expensive way, by being in it. I got licensed, joined Coldwell Banker, and kept both careers going longer than was healthy.
Early 2025, I went full time. I still take on select IT program consulting, because I like the work and it keeps me sharp, but real estate is the main job now. My wife [NAME, if she’s comfortable] is part of this too — [one sentence on her role, or delete].
Besides representing buyers and sellers with Coldwell Banker, I run a commercial insurance advisory practice for business owners and work directly with homeowners who need to sell fast. If your situation is unusual, I’ve probably seen a version of it.
Whether you’re buying, selling, or just trying to understand your options, the first step is a conversation. No pressure, no pitch.
